Transportation Rules FOR THE SESSION

• All students are required to strictly adhere to traffic rules and regulations.
• Withdrawal from the school bus facility shall not be permitted during the months of May, February, and March.
• The van facility in rural areas shall be provided only if the minimum number of students is fifteen (15) or more, and subject to the availability of a school van.
• Students are required to report at their designated bus stop at least five (5) minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time of the van.
• Availing of the school van facility on a one-way basis shall not be permitted under any circumstances.
• Parents/Guardians are required to provide a minimum of one calendar month's prior written notice to the school in case they wish to discontinue the school bus facility for their ward.
• If any student deliberately or negligently causes damage of any kind to the school bus or any equipment/material related to it, the full cost of the damage shall be compulsorily recovered from the concerned student/parent. The school administration shall also reserve the full right to take disciplinary action against the student.
• If the conduct, behaviour, or language of any student is found to be inappropriate or objectionable within the school premises or while availing the school bus facility, the school authorities shall be entitled to initiate appropriate disciplinary action against the student.
