FEE RULES FOR THE SESSION 2026-27
1.
The school fee will be charged quarterly.
There will be four quarters.
(a) First quarter : April to June
(b) Second quarter : July to September
(c) Third quarter : October to December
(d) Fourth quarter : January to March

The due date for quarterly fee submission is up to the 10th of the first month of the quarter. In case the 10th is a holiday, the next working day will be considered as the due date. If the fee remains unpaid, the name of the child will be struck off the rolls as per the letter issued by the Block Education Officer, Bhiwani, office letter No. G-1-26/3133 dated 13-02-2026.

A re-admission fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged if the child is re-admitted within 10 days after the name has been struck off. After 15 days, Rs. 2000/- will be charged for re-admission with due permission from school administration.

Concession Criteria:
Case 1-Sibling (Child of the same parents) concession: Rs. 500/- per month in tuition fee only.
Case 2-Students without a father will be granted 50% concession in tuition fee only.

Students must submit the fee for the next class within 10 days from the commencement of the session.

All fee receipts issued by the school must be kept safely and produced whenever required. Fees must be paid as long as the student’s name remains on the school rolls.

RTE rules will be applicable for admission

You are requested to make the fee payment through digital or non-cash modes. Cash payments will not be accepted on bank holidays.
9.
Accepted payment methods include UPI/online transfer, ATM/debit card, demand draft (DD), and cheque. All these payment facilities will be available only at the school fee counter. In case of cheque bounce, the charges must be borne by the parents. The school will not be responsible in any case.
