ADMISSION & WITHDRAWAL RULES

  • 1. The school opens admissions in the first week of April every year. However, registration for admission begins in the month of February. The Prospectus and Registration Form can be obtained from the school fee counter on payment of Rs. 300/-only.
  • 2. Admission to L.K.G. is open to children who have completed 4 years of age, and admission to Class 1" is open to children who have completed 6 years of age as on the prescribed date. For age verification, the original Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Committee or any other competent Government Authority must be submitted along with the Aadhaar Card of the child.
  • 3. Registration does not guarantee admission. Admission is granted only after the child qualifies in the written Aptitude test and personal Interview conducted by the Admission Committee.
  • 4. At the time of admission, the parents must submit the following documents:
    * Admission Form along with the Zero Tolerance Policy and Undertaking, duly signed by the student and the parents/guardian.
    * One passport-size coloured photograph each of the student, parents (mother and father), or guardian.
    * Report Card of the previous class, School Leaving Certificate from the previous school.
    * Family ID, Aadhaar Cards of both parents and the student
    * Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Committee or any other competent Government Authority.


  • ** Special Note: If there is any deficiency in the above-mentioned documents, the student's admission will be considered provisional. The admission will be finalized only after the submission of all the required documents. If the required documents are not submitted within the stipulated time, the admission will be cancelled, and the school will not be held responsible for the same.
  • 5. If a student leaves the school before completion of the academic session due to unavoidable circumstances such as transfer of parents or medical reasons, the fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
  • 6. Students who display persistent indiscipline or problematic behaviour and fail to improve even after two written warnings shall be removed from the school, and re-admission will not be granted under any circumstances.
  • 7. A student appearing for the AISSE (Class X) Board Examination from this school will be granted provisional admission to Class XI at the beginning of April. The stream/subjects will be allotted based on a merit list prepared from the student's performance in school examinations. Admission will be finalised only after passing all subjects in the Board Examination.
  • 8.Subject to availability of seats, provisional admission to Class XI for students from other schools may be granted purely on merit, based on the Written Admission Test and Personal Interview conducted by the Admission Committee of the school. Such admission shall remain provisional and will be confirmed only after the student passes all subjects in the Board Examination.
  • 9. All students will be required to follow the subject combinations prescribed by the school. Individual choices will not be entertained under any circumstances.
  • 10. The new academic session will commence on 3rd April, 2026.
  • 11. Admissions to Classes X and XII are generally not granted. However, in exceptional cases involving transfer from other cities, admission may be considered only if the number of students in a section is below the prescribed optimum strength.
